What is JSX?

fasterJSX performs optimization while compiling the source code to JavaScript. The generated code runs faster than an equivalent code written directly in JavaScript. The gain may vary, but even the optimized JavaScript libraries like Box2D becomes faster when ported to JSX (we are observing 4% to 27% increase in performance).saferIn contrast to JavaScript, JSX is statically-typed and mostly type-safe. The quality of applications becomes higher when being developed using JSX, since many errors will be caught during the compilation process. It also offers debugging features at the compiler level as well.easierJSX offers a solid class system much like the Java programming language, freeing the developers from working with the too-primitive prototype-based inheritance system provided by JavaScript.

If you are starting a company and wondering why nothing good seems to happen unless you force it to happen, that’s because the world wants to stay the way it is. Customers, partners, and most of all incumbents don’t want to think hard, try new things, or change in any way. The world is lazy and just wants to keep doing what it’s doing.

A friend of mine got a job at a big company and was shocked to see his colleagues worked just a few productive hours a day. They didn’t seem to care about their work or have relevant expertise. My friend said: “Wow, this company is going under.” Then the company released its quarterly reports and profits rose to an all-time high. The momentum of the company’s brand and relationships was sufficient to propel it forward.

On the flip side, first-time entrepreneurs often fail to realize that when you build something new, no one will care. People won’t use your product, won’t tell people about it, and almost certainly won’t pay for it. (There are exceptions – but these are as rare as winning the lottery). This doesn’t mean you’ll fail. It means you need to be smarter and harder working, and surround yourself with extraordinary people.

The default state of the world is to stay the way it is, which means the default state of a startup is failure.

人間ってすぐ環境に適応してしまうので、ほんとうは自分の今後のためにはこのまま居続けてもなにも良いことはない環境であっても惰性でそのまま過ごしてしまいがちですし、むしろそのことを考えないようにしようとします。「いや、そう言うけどさ、ここはここなりにいいところだしさ、僕は僕で結構楽しくやってるしさ、そんなに悪くないよ。うん」とか言ってごまかして生きることになるわけです。そう言ってはははと力なく笑って居酒屋でくだまいてるような人生は僕はまっぴらゴメンです（いやあ、いろんなところに敵をつくりそうだなあ（笑）以前はこういうことを言うのをグッとこらえて控えていたのですが、僕も四十になって不惑の年齢を迎え、和を乱してでも言うべきことははっきり言っていくことにしたんです！）。

そう考えると「良い小学校から中学校、進学に有利な高校を出て、良い大学に入り、良い会社（大企業）に入ることがいちばん生活を安定させることができ、安定した人生こそがいちばん幸福である」という命題は必ずしも正しくないと思います。

いや、もっと直截に結論を言いたいと思います。

「良い」学校から「良い」企業に入るというのは、人生の安定や幸せとは実は全然まったく関係がない

ということだと思います。あー、言い切ってやった。気分爽快。
